| Abstract | Ο σκοπός της παρούσας διατριβής είναι η ανάπτυξη ενός πολυκριτηριακού µεθοδολογικού πλαισίου για την ενεργειακή ανάλυση και τη λήψη αποφάσεων. Έµφαση δίνεται στον σχεδιασµό για τις Ανανεώσιµες Πηγές Ενέργειας (ΑΠΕ), καθώς αυτές έχουν κερδίσει το ενδιαφέρον των επενδυτών, τα τελευταία χρόνια, και πολλές χώρες προωθούν προγράµµατα που στοχεύουν να υποκαταστήσουν τα συµβατικά καύσιµα µε περιβαλλοντικά φιλικότερες και σε πολλές περιπτώσεις ανταγωνιστικές ΑΠΕ. Η εργασία περιλαµβάνει ερευνητική προσπάθεια στη διεπιφάνεια που σχηµατίζεται από τα παρακάτω ερευνητικά πεδία:• Ενεργειακή διαχείριση και Ανανεώσιµες Πηγές Ενέργειας, • Ανάλυση Συστηµάτων,• Πολυκριτηριακή λήψη αποφάσεων, ξεκινά από τις µαθηµατικές θεωρίες και αλγόριθµους της επιχειρησιακής έρευνας –βελτιστοποίηση, έλεγχος και λήψη απόφασης - και καταλήγει στη µοντελοποίηση του ενεργειακού σχεδιασµού και στην πρακτική εφαρµογή του δηµιουργούµενου πλαισίου. Η εστίαση των περιπτώσεων µελέτης περιλαµβάνει εφαρµογές: στην ανάλυση πολύπλοκων ενεργειακών συστηµάτων,• στην αποδόµηση περιβαλλοντικών πολιτικών,• στη λήψη αποφάσεων σχετικά µε την ανάπτυξη των ΑΠΕ υπό το πρίσµα των αλληλεπιδράσεων µεταξύ του οικονοµικού, περιβαλλοντικού, κοινωνικού και ενεργειακού συστήµατος, και προσφέρει µία ανάλυση των προβληµάτων µέσω µιας ισορροπηµένης τεχνολογικής και οικονοµικής προσέγγισης. |
