Abstract   The aim of our project was to establish the correlation between the physical effects that take place in our space neighborhood and the evolution of life on Earth. The project consists of three parts. The first part is about the biological fitness of Earth’s environment. The students compared the environmental conditions on Earth with that of the others planets of our solar system, and pointed out how unique the Earth is. The second part is about the consequences of solar storms in our lifes. The student learned about the space weather. The third part is about the consequences of an asteroid’s impact on the surface of Earth. The students was surprised to discover that life is in dangerous because of the environmental changes that impact will trigger. Working on project we visited Thessalonica’s Observatory and carried out many of laboratory activities. We were interviewed by a local radio station and presented our project in City hall’s theatre. We also organized an open astroparty for the public.
